Sandra’s Tours will send the client an invoice.

Sandra’s Tours is not obliged to provide the service in case the payment is not received in full by the agreed time of the service.

Cancellation Policy

By the client

·       It is possible to cancel the assignment up to and including 8 days before the start of the tour without incurring any costs.

·       In case of cancellation within a period of 7 days and up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, 50% of the agreed guiding fee will be charged.

·      In case of cancellation within a period of48 hours prior to start of the tour and in case of a “no-show”, 100% of the agreed fee will be charged.

By the guide

·      In case the tour is cancelled by the guide, the agreed guiding fee will be fully returned. Only for reasons of force majeure, will the guide cancel the tour.

Liability 

Sandra’s Tours accepts no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or any other incident which may occur in the course of a tour or any other activity, or during the journey to or from the event. The customers who participate in Sandra’s Tours do it at their own risk.

Sandra’s Tours accepts no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or any other incident which may be caused by the negligence, defect, default of any company or person in performing their services in places part of the tour.

Sandra’s Tours accepts no responsibility for losses, injury, damages, or expenses of any kind due to sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature, local laws, or any other cause, explicitly including epidemics and pandemics.

Sandra’s Tours will not be liable if a customer is invited to leave an event by the owner of the place part of the tour, in case the customer doesn’t comply with the norms or shows negligence. The same applies if the customer is not allowed to entry the event place for not complying with the norms.

The customers who participate in Sandra’s Tours are responsible for their own belongings.

The customers who participate in Sandra’s Tours are responsible for the damages and injuries that they may cause.

The customers who participate in Sandra’s Tours under 18 years old are under the responsibility of the accompanying adult.

The customers who participate in Sandra’s Tours should respect the guide and the authorities instructions.

Privacy

Sandra’s Tours website doesn’t store any data from visitors and doesn’t itself use cookies or trackers.

The customer details shared by email with Sandra’s Tours will not be shared with third parties.
